All items are eligible for a refund. Apart from sale items, gift cards or items marked “As-is items”.

Return shipping costs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable. And if applied to us during an ongoing return, this fee will be excluded from the refundable total value. International customers are responsible for any duties/fees that may apply from return or exchange shipping. The customer will cover the return costs, which are determined by the weight of the returned items.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

The item(s) must be returned to us under the following condition:

- Unworn and in their original condition (undamaged, non-ironed, unwashed, or dry-cleaned).

- Have all tags and stickers attached, with the original “package inventory” and its original packaging.

- Any item(s) not meeting this criterion will be disposed of, and not returned to the customer.

It's also required to show a receipt or proof of purchase.
